LBTU Malnava College is an active and reliable partner for Latvian companies, state institutions and educational institutions. Together with industry professionals, we create an environment where students gain practical experience, while companies get future specialists who meet the requirements of the labor market.

Our partner network covers all of Latvia and offers:

• internships and work-based training, providing real work experience during studies;
• joint projects and pilot initiatives that help to develop the industry and introduce new solutions;
• opportunities for companies to engage in the training new talents by providing guest lectures, mentoring, and practical assignments.

We cooperate with Latvian universities, research institutions, and state organizations. The most significant area of cooperation involves joint pilot and development projects with the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU), which provides students with the opportunity to participate in research and internships in a modern scientific environment.

We have signed cooperation agreements with many companies in the industry, municipalities, Rezekne Special Economic Zone, and Latvian universities. Each partner helps to create a vocational education environment that is sustainable, relevant, and closely linked to the development of the Latvia's economy.
 

Membership in organizations and associations

Malnava College is an active member of several Latvian and European industry organizations that help create a high-quality, modern, and development-oriented vocational education environment. Membership in these organizations provides the opportunity to participate in shaping industry policy, implement the latest professional trends, and develop cooperation with businesses, universities, and international partners.

Membership in organisations and associations allows us to:

• participate in the formation of strategic decisions and policies of the industry;
• implement joint projects and initiatives to improve vocational education;
• expand the cooperation network with companies and educational institutions;
• introduce internationally recognised methods and best practices;
• provide our students and staff with access to the latest industry trends, events, and professional communities.
