Submitting suggestions

LBTU Malnava College invites everyone – students, staff, and the community – to get involved in improving our environment and the study process. Your opinion matters! Let's create a safe, supportive and development-oriented environment!

In this section you can:

• submit suggestions for improvements that would help make our environment better;

• submit complaints anonymously if you have noticed a problem or situation that needs to be addressed.

Suggestion Board

LBTU Malnava College has set up a Suggestion Board (Kaizen Board), located at 17 Kļavu iela, 1st floor. Its purpose is to promote collaboration, improve the learning environment, and strengthen community engagement.

How to submit a suggestion?

• Fill out the form;

• Describe the problem, the solution, and the expected benefits;

• Place the form in the appropriate category: staff development;

  • staff development;

  • buildings, premises and territory;

  • study and learning process.

Proposals are evaluated based on criteria of quality, effectiveness, and safety improvements. You can earn points and motivational rewards for active participation.
