LBTU in the Study part of Malnava college, room 63 (Muižas street 4, Malnava, Ludza province, LV-5750) on working days from 09:00 to 16:00 or electronically, signed with a secure electronic signature, by sending to the e-mail address: info@malnavaskoledza.lv.
